What we have built.
UnyKorn builds stablecoin rails for issuers, asset owners and software agents: a contract suite, a multi-rail settlement engine across XRPL and EVM chains, compliance and capital tooling, and pilot deployments on mainnet.
Platform modules
Six components, one issuance stack
Contracts
Institutional token suite
Solidity 0.8.24 contracts: a reserve-gated settlement dollar, an identity-gated asset-backed dollar, a canonical payment stablecoin, a post-quantum commitment variant, a transparent proxy with ProxyAdmin, and proof-of-reserve oracles.
Rails
Multi-chain settlement engine
Issuance and settlement scripts for XRPL (issuer setup, trust lines, IOU issuance, NFT asset records) and Polygon/EVM (deployment, minting, Aave v3 reserve supply, Chainlink telemetry).
Compliance
Control plane
Freeze, wipe and pause workflows, identity-registry gating, a sanctions-intercept sandbox, and a jurisdiction matrix covering the US, EU, UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, UAE, Switzerland, Japan and offshore regimes.
Assurance
Reserve attestation
Threshold-signed attestation oracle with stale-data rejection and mint-feasibility checks, a Merkle asset registry, and daily treasury reconciliation reports.
Banking
Capital & messaging
Basel Group 1b/2b stress-tester with peg-deviation and LCR run simulations, plus an ISO 20022 generator for pacs.008 and camt.053 with DTI and LEI identifiers.
Agentic
HTTP 402 payment gateway
Payment challenges bound to invoices, on-chain receipt checks, and replay protection, so AI agents and APIs can pay per request in stablecoins.
Engagement models
How institutions use this platform
1 · Issuance design sprint
Choose a jurisdiction, reserve structure, chains and control roles, and produce an architecture package ready for counsel and regulators. The Lab's jurisdiction and Basel modules are the starting point.
2 · White-label rails
Deploy the contract suite and XRPL issuer topology under your brand, with minting tied to your custodian's funding confirmations and attestation feeds.
3 · RWA-backed tokens
Record real-world collateral on-ledger (XRPL NFT records, Merkle registries) and connect it to asset-referenced token issuance with custody and legal perfection handled off-chain.
4 · Agent payments
Put HTTP 402 in front of APIs, data feeds or AI services so machine clients can settle each request in stablecoins.
Pilot deployments
On-chain evidence
Every item below can be checked on a public block explorer. Live results for each are on the Proof page; figures are read from the ledgers by /api/pilot.
Proof-of-concept only. "AET" and "AET-USD" are pilot tokens used to test UnyKorn's issuance tooling on mainnet. They are not a regulated payment stablecoin, are not offered or sold to anyone, and carry no redemption right. Only the first 10 units were backed 1:1 by USDC-denominated reserves. The rest of the supply was issued while testing issuance workflows and is not backed by cash reserves.

Pilot → production
What changes before a regulated launch
The same readiness checklist we use with issuers, applied to our own pilot.
Ledger configuration
- New XRPL issuer with
AllowTrustLineClawbackset before any trust lines exist (the pilot issuer cannot enable it now). - Issuer master key disabled, with multisig signers; day-to-day flows run through an operational hot wallet.
- Decide on RequireAuth or Credentials for permissioned distribution.
- Retire all pilot supply on both networks.
Assurance & governance
- Independent smart-contract audit, with verified source published on block explorers.
- Proxy admin and owner held by multisig with a timelock.
- Reserves in segregated custody with a qualified custodian, and monthly accountant attestations.
- Licensed issuer or partner under the target regime (GENIUS, MiCA, HKMA, MAS), with counsel sign-off.
